Thanks for stopping by my crazy little web journal!
Hope you find something here to make you smile.

I got this from Sami's Journal, thought it would fun. Enjoy.
Twenty years ago - I was 9 years old, and making friends with the first girl my age to move in the neighborhood. She and I still are friends, despite the fact that she moved to Florida in 1991
Fifteen years ago - I was 14 and totally trying to figure out what life was all about. I did love me some boys though. Hehe.
Ten years ago - On October 8th 1995, I got hitched to Bobbio, we had been together for almost 2 years and Joey was six months old. I was a stay at home mom.
Five years ago - We were living in a two bedroom apartment, with most of our belongings packed in boxes for almost a year, before we found our first home, we were supposed to be moving into a town home, but the deal fell through. I refused to unpack my stuff until I found a new place to live. I didn't either.
Three years ago - We had just got fully settled into our new home and then we got an awful rain storm that flooded the storm drains after lightning struck one of the sewage treament pumps. About 4 feet of sewer water was pumped into our basement and ruined almost everything we had down there. Insurance covered nothing and it took forever to dry out our applicances, furnace and hot water heater. We had just finished painting the floor and the walls.
This year - I will "celebrate" five years at my job, and my kids started 3rd and 5th grade. Joe is in his final year of Elementary school.
Last night - I grounded Joe and Deena for chucking handfuls of dirt at each other at the bus stop in the morning. I didn't have many fans last night. I also listened to Bob complain all night about his first day at his "new" job. He was transferred to a new place.
Today - I had my cable phone hooked up, cleaned my house, napped for an hour, read a bit of Goblet of Fire, went to Blockbuster, came home had dinner, went to the gym with April and then came home to do this, lol.
Tomorrow - I am hoping April will call in to work so we can go to the gym in the morning. I will work from 3:30 -9 come home and probably watch a movie until I fall asleep.
5 years from now - I will be 34, Bobbio will be 37, Joe will be almost 16
, Deena will be almost 13
and we will be celebrating 15 years of marriage. I hope by then to have a fence, a pool, new windows and siding, and a car that blends in with other traffic
(I want my Jeep). AND THEN I WOKE UP.
10 years from now - I will be 39 and holding, Bob will be 42, BAHAHAHAHA, Joe will be almost 21
and Deena will be almost 18
. We will be divorced and I will be getting allimony. JUST KIDDING, 20 years of marriage?!?!?!
I will be OLD, and my 1 kid will be drinking age, the other voting age. I will probably die shortly after of a heart attack!
Hahaha, alright, kiddies, if I tag you, you gotta fill this out, too. That's an order!
Toodles,
Colleen
Twenty-one years ago I was rocking in a rocking chair thinking about the flow of time. I thought that two years had gone by since I was five and that the next two years would go by just as quickly and I’d be ten.
You've GOT to be kidding?!!! You want a Jeep? Oy! We put ours up for sale a few weeks back and not so much as a nibble! The thing is worth over $10,000 and we're only asking $7500! You would think somebody would call!
Hi hon,
Isn't it fun to ground kids? I always thought it was, I also thought it was fun to be grounded, with my phone, cable and foster home of friends, what could be boring?
How are you grounded by a foster home? I don't know about the concept of grounding children no more then I would understand about the concept of spanking children but what I do understand is if you don't teach children right and wrong they will grow up with out any morals. Look at me? J/K!
